It's a Matter of Life or Death

It's a Matter of Life or Death
"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." -- John Adams (Address to the Military, 11 October 1798); Reference: America's God and Country (10-11)

"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legislative powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between church and State."
-- Thomas Jefferson (letter to a Committee of the Danbury Baptist Association, Connecticut, January 1st 1802) -- Reference: Jefferson Writings, Peterson, ed., 510.
Have you noticed how this "wall of separation between church and State" has always been used backwards from the original intent?!? Instead of protecting religion from the State [from government] -- people in government, ACLU, or other [usually] anti-Christians use this as a tool against religion to censure and to censor what is said, written, or done. — Troy D. Supreme Outlaws?!?

Let's open some eyes and hearts! The following can shed some light on a much misunderstood and misconstrued subject; passing it on could make a welcome change for the better.

When the courts outlaw God's Laws,
then the Courts have become Outlaws!

You CAN make a difference for good in America, especially if you have an understanding of when you are being misled, lied to, or decoyed from understanding the real truths or kept from doing what will actually make an effectual difference. This means you must know the truth AND understand HOW to use it, and also understand WHAT to do and HOW to do what will make the best kinds of changes. I realize one man or woman cannot do much alone, but We the People can do a lot together. "And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:" [Matt.12:25]. This is why people in the media and government continually, with their polemics, try to polarize, categorize, and ethnicize the people: "divide and conquer" tactics have kept the power-hungry in control. However, the more united we become, the more the Power shifts back to the People, especially if that unity is motivated by higher spiritual ideals. Or as Jesus put it, "I say unto you, be one; and if ye are not one ye are not mine."* -- Troy D. Davis

Here are some thoughts with which to begin.

"There's no mystery about why the U.S. Supreme Court threw the Ten Commandments out of the courthouse. You can't engrave 'thou shalt not steal' or even 'thou shalt not commit adultery' and certainly not 'thou shalt not lie' on the walls inside a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians without creating a hostile work environment." -- Wesley Pruden
----
"Justice Breyer didn't identify the year in which he believes the Commandments ceased to be constitutional -- 1968, 1973? Or maybe a sliding scale? If you put up the Commandments before 1965, you can have all Ten; between 1966 and 1979, you can have six firm Commandments plus a couple of strong recommendations; from 1980 to 1991, it's two Commandments and a half-dozen lifestyle tips?" -- Mark Steyn
----
"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indespensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism who should labor to subvert these great Pillars of human happiness." -- George Washington (Farewell Address, 19 September 1796)
----
"Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that National morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle." -- George Washington
[Back then, "peculiar" meant "treasured" or "valued"; "pecuniary" has the same root.]
----
"[T]he propitious smiles of Heaven, can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained." -- George Washington (First Inaugural Address, April 1789)

It seems too often that when attorneys try to "protect our First Amendment rights", they are either stupid or willfully setting up a case for failure. The problem is that there is NO Such thing as a First Amendment Right!!! The First Amendment is a restriction on Government. It means "Hands off" with respect to religion. What part of "make no law" does Congress not understand? Congress can make no laws restricting, compelling, or anything else with regards to the establishment of religion; Religion is already established; leave it alone -- "or prohibiting the free exercise thereof". That is where their intent is exposed: They want to prohibit religion. Congress is not "respecting [the] establishment of religion", which existed before the Congress; ex post facto laws, notwithstanding. Saying "an apple", you know apple is a noun, and the same applies to "an establishment". They want to replace the long-time "establishment of religion" with a government established atheism. Unlike the ACLU and others of their ilk, who want to keep morality and religious principles out of government, I want to get Satan and his evils out of government! --- Troy D. Davis

How odd: What passes as entertainment of the filthiest kind tries to hide under the umbrella of "freedom of speech". Pornographic pictures, which are neither spoken nor written speech, are continually protected by the courts; yet the courts bar the words of God's Law in the oldest Book of Law from even being present in court houses, as though God has no rights for the protection of His words -- written or spoken. When the Laws of God are outlawed by the courts; then the courts are outlaw. --- Troy D. Davis

One thing our Founding Fathers feared was that the "supreme Court" would interpret the Constitution of the United States of America, instead of "be bound thereby". The word [phrase] "notwithstanding", as used in ending the second clause of Article VI of the Constitution, means that it has no standing at Law [not with standing]. "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
So, what can be done when a judge gets out of line -- of his duty to be bound by law -- or exceeds his authority? Article III informs us that if they merely misbehave, they should be taken out of office: "The Judges . . . shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour". Maybe using the Constitution to throw them out of office would straighten up the courts fast!?! --- Troy D. Davis

*D&C 38:27

Article I of the amendments:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Congress shall
make no law respecting an establishment
of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

or abridging the freedom of speech,
or of the press,
or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and
to petition the Government
for a redress of grievances.

Note: A "petition" is Not a list of voters' names; it IS an Action at Law, such as: a Writ of Prohibition [it prohibits certain actions], a Writ of Mandamus [mandates or requires action], a Writ of Quo Warranto [requires the production of or showing by what authority something is being done or proof of authority to hold a certain office; without which, the action must cease, or the person must step down], with a Writ of Habeas Corpus, an answer must be returned that shows a REAL reason or cause by which someone is being detained or imprisoned; without which, that man or woman's person [body (corpus)] must be released.
